The following conditions of sale apply to all business transacted by the company and supersede any other terms & conditions previously issued by the company and shall prevail over any terms & conditions submitted by the customer or implied by trade, custom or course of dealings. These terms shall form part of the contract between the company and the purchaser except where they are varied by, or inconsistent with the company's written quotation. All orders given, written or verbal, will be considered as binding contracts.

The company operates as a business to business non-alcoholic, wholesale beverage machine and ingredient supplier.


All products where applicable are warranted to comply with the food safety Act 1990 and current legislation relating to the supply of food. Catering packs not intended for sale by retail are excluded from warranties applicable only to retail products. Products are packed and labelled for the UK market. The company cannot accept any liability whatsoever arising from such products being sold in any other country.

Returns and Refunds Policy for non-perishable items

We may consider returns of non-consumable products within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us and keep us informed of your intentions at your earliest convenience. If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage to us. The item must be returned in unused and perfect, re-saleable condition and where possible in the original packaging. Until we receive the returned item, you are responsible for their safekeeping and reasonable care. We do not accept liability for packages damaged or lost during transit back to us. We suggest that you send any returns back to us using a registered postage or registered courier service to enable you to track your parcel. It your resonsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent any transit damage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns and Refunds Policy for perishable items - foodstuffs

We strongly advise you to ensure the correct ingredients and / or perishable ancillary foodstuff items have been ordered to suit your specific needs. Please contact us BEFORE you place your order if you are unsure or have any doubt that any perishable products supplied by us will suit your specific needs. Unfortunately, soluble and perishable foodstuffs supplied by us and our authorised partners, are excluded from our refund and returns policy. Foresake in the case of any quality issues, please contact us immediately and we will ensure that your problem is resolved in a prompt and courteous manner. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Condition of sale

The quality of products where applicable is guaranteed up to the 'best before' dates.  The company does not operate a 'sale or return' policy. Products will only be collected if there is a quality problem.

Free on loan lending

All customers using any equipment supplied free-on-loan by the company are deemed to have agreed to the company's free-on-loan equipment terms and conditions of use, whether given verbally and/or in writing. All free-on-loan machinery used by the customer is to be insured comprehensively against all liabilities arising whilst on the customer's premises. The  customer agrees to indemnify the company against all loss or damage caused to the equipment from whatever cause arising.


Prices are subject to alteration at any time without notice and are therefore available on application. In the event of such changes in price, all orders will be executed at the price ruling at the date of order unless otherwise agreed in writing to the purchaser. Any price quoted by the company can be varied by notification verbally. Any queries on invoiced prices must be made within 14 days of the date of invoice, failing which it shall be deemed to have been unconditionally accepted. V.A.T will be charged where applicable at the current rate.

Anti-money laundering

It is contrary to the operating policy of the company to receive payment of monies which do not have a legitimate and lawful origin or have arisen from illegal or immoral activities. Accordingly, the customer hereby warrants that all payments made to the company are from monies derived from lawful actions and indemnify the company.


Orders are accepted by the company subject to the products being available and unsold. Any date for delivery specified by the company is an estimate only and the company shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay, shortages of supply or non-delivery of products for any reason. Any claim for damaged goods or short delivery must be made within 48 hours of delivery. A clear signature must be given. Signatures endorsed unchecked / unexamined are not acceptable and will be regarded by the company as a clear signature.


The company's employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods unless confirmed in writing by the company, and the customer accordingly does not rely on any such representations which are not so confirmed. The company shall not be liable to the customer by reason of any such representations or implied terms whether under statute or otherwise or any duty as common law, or under the express terms of any contract, for any consequential loss or damage (whether for profit or loss or otherwise), costs, or expenses whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with any act or omission of the company relating to the supply of the goods to or their use by the customer.


All accounts are for payment according to our invoice terms, unless varied in writing, Net 28 days from date of invoice. Payment must be received by the company within 28 days. From date interest will be payable at 3% above the HSBC Base Rate for the time being on all accounts unpaid at the due date. Failure to comply with these terms means the company may restrict / withdraw credit sales.

Risk and Title

Title to material sold by the company only passes to the purchaser when the full purchase price is paid for those goods together with all other amounts owed by the purchaser, but risk therein shall pass to the customer on delivery. The company reserves the right to repossess and resell any products to which it has retained title and the customer hereby grants an irrevocable right and licence to the company to enter upon the customer’s premises during normal business hours for the purpose of repossessing product to which it has retained title. The right and license is without prejudice to any accrued rights of the company under the contractwith the customer or otherwise. Notwithstanding this condition, the company shall be entitled to bring an action against the customer for the price of the goods or for any other remedy available to it in the event of non payment by the customer by the due date.

Applicable law and Jurisdiction

The contract shall be construed according to the law of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
